If a single person is found to be operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and balances may be forfeited.
Jalibet may request additional documents at any time to verify a user's identity. Typically, a copy of a national ID card or passport is required. This is part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process and is carried out solely to protect your account.
The minimum age to register and use any service on jalibet is 18. Opening an account for anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation and may result in permanent account closure and full forfeiture of funds.
Jalibet may request identity documents to verify age at registration and prior to large withdrawals. Failure to provide the required documents may delay withdrawal processing.

Jalibet currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made through a third party or from another person's mobile wallet are prohibited — the mobile number used to deposit must match the number registered on the account.
If a deposit fails or doesn't reflect in your balance within the expected time, contact our support team with your Transaction ID (TxID). jalibet does not charge any fees for processing deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
There are rules to follow when withdrawing winnings from jalibet. Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile number used to register and deposit into your account.
Please note: To withdraw winnings from your bonus balance, the wagering requirement must be met first. Funds from an actual deposit can be withdrawn directly (as long as no bonus is currently active).
Jalibet never charges withdrawal fees. However, payment providers may apply their own charges. In cases of suspicious activity, jalibet reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals pending investigation.
